By using the Escape Llama "Arcade" and our training games, you agree to the following:
1. The "Unofficial" Nature of Training
Escape Llama provides educational games. Our certifications are benchmarks of completion and proficiency based on our own proprietary standards. They are not accredited by any government body. Completion does not guarantee that you or your organization are immune to cyber-attacks.
2. The Llama Wallet (Digital Wallet)
Stored Value: Your wallet balance is used to access games.
3-Year Expiry: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law for reloadable facilities, your balance is valid for three (3) years from the date of your last top-up.
Reminders: We will email you 30 days before any balance is set to expire.
Refunds: We do not offer "change of mind" refunds on wallet balances once loaded.
3. Acceptable Use
Professionalism: All games are "PG." Users must maintain professional conduct.
No Cheating: Using scripts or bots to manipulate game scores is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.
4. Limitation of Liability
Escape Llama is a training tool. We are not liable for any real-world cybersecurity breaches or data losses suffered by you or your organization, even if you have "Passed" our training modules.
