What counts as a player?
A player is anyone with a company-player role in your organisation. Admins and managers are not counted towards your player limit.
How does the free tier work?
Every organisation gets the first 5 players completely free, forever. You only start paying when you add your 6th player.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes! All companies can choose between card payment through Stripe or invoice billing with 30-day payment terms.
What happens if I go over 5 players?
You'll be prompted to set up billing. You'll only be charged for players above the free limit. For example, with 12 players you pay for 7.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
